TOTALLY FIT TRAINING
Totally Fit Training is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals!  Whether you want to lose weight, reshape your body, train for a triathlon, or improve your running TFT can help! 
 

ABOUT THE COACH
Tracy Guymon is a competitive triathlete and a certified coach and trainer by both the RRCA, and USAT.  She is a passionate runner, swimmer, cyclist, and coach. 
 
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Individual sessions are designed to focus on anything you want as it relates to your performance or fitness.  Specific swimming, cycling, running, body sculpting or weight loss goals can be addressed to help you perform and be your best.   

½ Hour:            $30
1 Hour:             $60
 
ONGOING PERSONAL TRAINING
On-going personal training is the best way to tackle your personal training or event goals. It is 1-on-1 and starts with a full assessment of where you are now versus your desired performance or fitness results.  Then TFT helps you to develop and implement a plan reach your objectives, optimizing your time and maximizing your returns on your training investment.
           
Pricing:            Variable depending on type, frequency, and duration of training.
 
ONLINE COACHING
Online coaching includes plan creation, development and advice at a low cost of $75 a month (minimum 3 months).  Free 30 minute initial consultation, unlimited email access, and a detailed training scheduled are included.    
 
GROUP TRAINING
TFT does triathlon, half marathon, and other types of group training classes.  Click here to see our current programs or to find out more!  NEXT GROUP TRAINING SESSION:

HALF MARATHON TRAINING!
